She is employed in the Mesoscopic Physics Department of the Faculty of Physics, Adam Mickiewicz University at Pozna\u0144. She is working in theoretical physics, more specifically in the theory of condensed matter in nanoscale. She got experience in such scientific institutions as Institut fur Physik, Martin Luther Universitat, Halle, Unit\u00e9 Mixte de Physique CNRS\/Thales - Universit\u00e9 Paris-Saclay, and Departamento de Qu\u00edmica-F\u00edsica, Universidad del Pais Vasco, Bilbao. \n\nAcademic career of Anna Dyrda\u0142 is associated with the Faculty of Physics of Adam Mickiewicz University, where she got MSc (2009), PhD (2013), and habilitation (2020). Her current scientific interests concern broadly understood spintronics, that is the area at the border of condensed matter physics, nanomagnetism, and materials science. In research work, she is focused on the theory of spin-dependent electronic transport in semiconducting heterostructures, two-dimensional materials of graphene type, van-der-Waals heterostructures, and topological insulators. In particular, she specializes in theoretical description of phenomena induced in electronic transport due to spin-orbital effects. \n\nAnna Dyrda\u0142 is a co-author of several tens of research articles published in journals from JCR list. She was (or is) a principal investigator in several research projects funded by NCN, MNiSW (Iuventus Plus), or Adam Mickiewicz University. Currently, she is leading a large project under the Norwegian Financial Mechanism, within which, together with a Staff of 12 researchers is working on spin and transport properties of low dimensional quantum materials. Her scientific achievements resulted in several well-recognized fellowships, Including the Fellowship of Ministry of Science and Higher Education for Young Scientist, Fellowship of the Foundation for Polish Science (within Program START), Fellowship of the city of Pozna\u0144, and Fellowship of the French Government.<\/p>\n
