AMU PAN aims to provide young researchers with an informative platform to help them grow professionally and to offer them hands-on skills mandatory for a successful career as a scientist. In our seminars, you will learn how to successfully apply for research funding in Poland and in Europe, how to manage a proper work-life balance, and how to build your own research group.

We will dive into several hot topics of paramount importance for young researchers, like pay gaps, work ethics, and equality and equity in science.
