Anna M. Górska
Jest adiunktką w Akademii Leona Koźmińskiego oraz dyrektorką Centrum Badań Kobiet i Różnorodności w Organizacjach. Specjalizuje się w zagadnieniach płci i różnorodności w organizacjach, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem uczelni. Obroniła prace doktorską w 2020 r. pod opieką prof. Grzegorza Mazurka, która została wyróżniona w konkursie Komitetu Nauk Organizacji i Zarządzania (KNOiZ) PAN.
Jest laureatką stypendium Ministra Nauki dla Młodych Wybitnych Naukowców oraz Fulbrighta, Etiuda (NCN) i NCBiR. Dr Górska prowadziła oraz brała udział w licznych grantach krajowych oraz międzynarodowych finansowanych przez Narodowe Centrum Nauki (Preludium, Etiuda, Sonata, Opus), British Academy, Fundusze Unijne, Fundusze Norweskie, w ramach akcji COST oraz Akademię Leona Koźmińskiego.
Jest autorką kilkudziesięciu prac naukowych (w tym z listy JCR i ABS), a jej artykuły były publikowane w prestiżowych międzynarodowych czasopismach naukowych, takich jak Gender, Work and Organizations, Accounting, Auditing & Accountability Journal, Information & Management.
Obecnie pełni funkcje współredaktorki w czasopiśmie Tamara: Journal for Critical Organization Inquiry oraz jest członkinią Early Career Editorial Board w czasopiśmie Equality, Diversity and Inclusion: An International Journal.
Międzynarodowe doświadczenie zdobywała w Columbia Business School w Nowym Jorku i ESCP Business School w Berlinie. Oprócz działalności badawczej
i dydaktycznej, w Akademii Leona Koźmińskiego jest członkinią biura ds. Wpływu, Akredytacji, Rankingów i Strategii, ekspertką od antydyskryminacji, doradczynią Rektora ds. wpływu oraz rzeczniczką dyscyplinarną doktorantów.
Dr Anna Górska is an assistant professor at Kozminski University and the director of the Center for Women and Diversity Research in Organizations. She specializes in gender and diversity issues in organizations, particularly in academic institutions. She defended her doctoral dissertation in 2020 under the supervision of Prof. Grzegorz Mazurek, and it was awarded a distinction by the Committee on Organization and Management Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences (KNOiZ PAN).
She is a recipient of the Minister of Science Scholarship for Outstanding Young Scientists, as well as Fulbright, Etiuda (NCN), and NCBiR scholarships. Dr. Górska has led and participated in numerous national and international grants funded by the National Science Center (Preludium, Etiuda, Sonata, Opus), the British Academy, EU Funds, Norwegian Funds, COST actions, and Kozminski University.
She is the author of several dozen scientific papers (including those on the JCR and ABS lists), and her articles have been published in prestigious international scientific journals such as Gender, Work and Organization, Accounting, Auditing & Accountability Journal, and Information & Management.
Currently, she serves as a co-editor for Tamara: Journal for Critical Organization Inquiry and is a member of the Early Career Editorial Board for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion: An International Journal.
She gained international experience at Columbia Business School in New York and ESCP Business School in Berlin. In addition to her research and teaching activities, at Kozminski University, she is a member of the Office for Impact, Accreditation, Rankings, and Strategy, an expert on anti-discrimination, an advisor to the Rector on impact, and a disciplinary officer for doctoral students.
