Justyna Cybulska

J.CybulskaDr hab. inż. Justyna Cybulska (member of AMU PAN) is an associate professor at the Institute of Agrophysics of the Polish Academy of Sciences. As a chemist and food technologist, he researches the nanostructure and biochemistry of cell walls. Her research interests also include the effects and functionality of polysaccharides and their complexes, as well as food quality and the development of new food products.

She is the author of several dozen scientific publications, mainly in journals indexed on the Philadelphia list. She was the manager of several research projects, incl. LIDER (NCBR), Opus (NCN), Iuventus Plus (MNiSW), Pomost (FNP) and a contractor in several dozen projects.
Justyna Cybulska is a laureate of, among others Marie Curie Fellowship, Leonardo da Vinci scholarship, French government scholarship, YGGDRASIL program (The Research Council of Norway), scholarship for outstanding young scientists of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education and distinctions of the 2nd Department of Biological and Agricultural Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences.

She has completed internships at Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Institut National de la Recherche Agronomique, Karpenko Physico-Mechanical Institute of NAS Ukraine, The Norwegian University of Science and Technology.

He is a member of the Agronomic Sciences Committee of the Polish Academy of Sciences, the Scientific Council of the Institute of Agrophysics of the Polish Academy of Sciences and the Program Council of the Scientific Station of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Paris.

She promoted three doctors, including two as an assistant supervisor. He is currently the supervisor of two doctoral students.

Dr hab. Eng. Justyna Cybulska works as an expert of the National Center for Research and Development, Lublin Agency for Enterprise Support, and is a member of the COST NEUBIAS Management Committee. Since 2016, he has been a member of the Academy of Young Scientists of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
