ENYA Meeting 2026 & YASAS General Assembly
We are looking forward to welcoming you to Warsaw for the 2026 ENYA Meeting from 26-29 May 2026. We can now let you know that registration for this year’s ENYA meeting, as well as all the joint meetings with ALLEA and YASAS/SAPEA, is now open!
The events will be jointly hosted by the Polish Young Academy, the Polish Academy of Sciences, as well as ALLEA, at Staszic Palace and Copernicus Science Centre in Warsaw.
Parts of our ENYA meeting will be co-organised together with ALLEA. The programme is thus rich and varied, incorporating not only the internal ENYA session, but also the YASAS General Assembly and a SAPEA workshop organised by YASAS and ALLEA (on 29 May).
Further sessions include a joint session with ALLEA delegates, an ALLEA-organised reception, a satellite event by CoARA, and the ALLEA Public Conference and ALLEA Madame de Staël Prize Ceremony & Lecture. There will also be an ALLEA-organised EFDS side event on 26 May. You can find all details in the table below.
Participation & registration
We invite every ENYA Young Academy to delegate up to two member representatives and up to one staff person for the meeting. Young academy initiatives are welcome to register one person. YASAS delegates and observers can also indicate this in the registration form.

Funding
The organisers at ALLEA, the Polish Science Academy, and the Polish Young Academy will cover costs for conference venue, lunches, coffee breaks, and the informal ENYA dinner on 28 May. We ask your Young Academy to cover travel to and from Warsaw, as well as accommodation costs of your delegates.
Accomodation
Participants are responsible for booking their own accommodation and covering the costs themselves.
No hotel block booking is available for Warsaw.
